Hot Maps for Lake Neely Henry

I need some advice, please. I am trying to decide if buying Hot maps priced at $149. for my Hummingbird 597 is worthwhile for what I want to use it for. What I enjoy doing is exploring the small coves and creeks and generally not hitting something or running aground on Lake Neely Henry. I just don't know how accurate Hot Maps is and how well it can be seen on the display. Your advice will be appreciated.
