I am in a pretty good mood despite all this daily "dismal" news!  BOA is strongly bullish on 2026 projections.  Inflation today is essentially equal to the average rate of inflation over the past 20 years.  Helluva job by Trump's econ team to achieve this in 1 short year.  Annualized growth rate over 4.3% in 2025.  I am betting that growth in 2026 will be close to 5.5%.  ICE is performing their job as federal law states that they should despite wacko, jobless, useless agitators interfering in their every move, making our communities safer and healthier.  Our military continues to make us proud as more ships are built and our stockpiles are being refilled from the Biden neglect.  Mortgage interest rates, although not ideal, are trending in the right direction making home ownership for our children a realistic opportunity with wages increasing for those willing to work hard.  

DOJ is getting a hold on all the fraud that is running rampant in both Minnesota and now Atlanta.  If the GOP gains only two seats in the Senate, it should lock that body in for a while.  The House is always a crapshoot and will be close either way.  The WH is getting a ballroom, the Trump-Kennedy Center for the Arts is getting a long overdue renovation, the Arc De Trump will be built over the Arlington Bridge, and in 6 short months we will be celebrating our country's 250th birthday.  

The winter olympics begin in 3 days, and I will plan on retirement in less that 2 short years!!
